It depends on the engagement. Retained executive search is a fixed fee billed in milestones; contingency placements are a percentage of first-year base, due only on hire; and embedded/RPO is a flat monthly rate. We'll recommend the most cost-effective model for your role on our first call.

For most engineering and product roles, you'll see a first calibrated shortlist within 5–7 business days of kickoff. Our average time from kickoff to signed offer is 21 days.

Every placement comes with a 90-day guarantee. If a hire leaves or isn't the right fit within the first 90 days, we re-run the search at no additional fee.
